it goes some way to explaining NRs' *desperation* *imo* of NR trying to get a sub 30% DRS on Friday ( it failed )

if one was watching NRs' gyrations yesterday ( 7.19.19 ) on IPIX .. it wasn't a stretch to think NR was *desperate* across a few levels .. I'd noted to a few others privately
that imo efforts were being done to get a sub 30% re: DRS % .. (it's been a dog's
age since NR can *report* that on IPIX) .. NR came close but note the *cost*
re: the totally blown out hidden trade % .. and NRs' beyond blatant wash trading
done for *volume* .. so CEs (colluding entities) can whine about *selling* over the weekend

so now watch what NR does going forward .. expect the usual UC 'ing on the ask
.. making bids become the UC ask .. washed trades done in a tight PPS range ..
but mostly watch the volume (avgs) daily and how NR has to mark it

short of another (albeit higher) orchestrated run to grab GTCs .. I suspect NR
will go all out to try to maintain *volume avgs* .. while stalling the PPS when able
.. while trying to create IPIX into a trading stock .. that has actual retail *traders*
to bring in liquidity that isn't from decoys' showing .. but not *reporting*
