June 6, 2019
During my recent trip visit to Taiwan, I wanted to let you know that I had multiple insightful meetings with our strategic manufacturing and product development partner Askey Computer Corp., an ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (2357.TW) subsidiary company, with emphasis on the development of our NB IoT THERMORING (indoor smart thermostat) product, together with key discussions regarding our other current Tri Cascade Inc NB IoT technological developments. I met with both their senior management team and their development team to discuss, in detail, plans for the original design manufacturer (ODM) of our NB IoT products. And the great news is that Askey Computer Corp. showed tremendous interest with Tri Cascade’s NB IoT technological capabilities! This is another major milestone for Tri Cascade Inc.in securing such a dynamic and strategic manufacturing partner for our NB IoT products.
Moving forward, Askey Computer Corp. is progressing to engage Tri Cascade as its long- term manufacturing partner to support our NB IoT products, including the NB IoT THERMORING, the NB IoT mini PCIe, the NB IoT Air Quality Sensor, and any upcoming 5G (SKIQ) product development opportunities.
Brief update on our T-Mobile NB IoT product certification. We are on schedule to complete this key certification process by the end of this month. There are several vendors and contractors involved, and for confidentiality reasons, I cannot disclose exactly who they are at this time, however we fully expect to be able to provide a full and detailed announcement confirming T-Mobile certification by the middle of next month.
So, please stay tuned, valued Shareholders, for additional exciting news as we continue to progress with additional product developments. We actively continue to add shareholder value through these major strategic relationships to build a solid, innovative and consistent IoT product and revenue base.

As you can see, many products coming soon! Including the SkiQ 5G super router that will probably be using a similar version of the PCIe board that was just recently approved by the FCC!
