Statements like the above are damaging even if made without damaging intent.

How can "statements like that be damaging when they are responses to your own statements?
Pluto, you post:

Very intriguing.
Yup, sometimes skat happens.

Yet, when someone replies to your "skat" message using your own words, you take offense.
You tell the board something "exciting" is going to happen and then tell the board it may be "cataclysmic".
You also post:

In 2015, during the first DECN battle with J&J, a rather low level director of a J&J initiative began posting. Was he a plant by J&J, of course. Two things came as this result. First this low level director was outed when he became a public figure on the message board site.

The only message board that recognizes "Public Figures" for posting purposes is I Hub, not this board (you did not specify which message board, stating "the message board site" .
You also did not mention the poster's alias, but did claim the poster began posting in 2015 and was "outed as a Public Figure". For those who do not know I Hub's rules, "Public Figures" are posters who have been publicly acknowledged as company officials or employees or agents of a company.
"Public Figures" can be attacked (for instance how Johnny_C can be attacked on I Hub, as Johnny_C is a public figure (by his own admission, a consultant for TAUG), (and likewise, Mr. Berman, being the CEO of DECN).
I do not condone this policy, but they are not my rules, they are the rules of I Hub.
I did not see a "Public Figure" who began posting on I Hub in 2015 and was "outed". I would be interested in who this "Public Figure" is, or was, as I am certain others readers are also interested.
I am just trying to make sense of what you write and weighing the value of the words, if any...
they become so very confusing at times.
And with those words, I cease trying to understand that which is beyond my comprehension and head out to pick huckleberries.
