Hopefully it's not all just skat.

Statements like the above are damaging even if made without damaging intent.

In 2015, during the first DECN battle with J&J, a rather low level director of a J&J initiative began posting. Was he a plant by J&J, of course. Two things came as this result. First this low level director was outed when he became a public figure on the message board site. But he did his job. His "stir the pot" posts generated a skat storm that lasted for weeks and lead to 15-20 other posters having a field day trashing Mr. Berman and his character, making a case that he was a criminal, belonged in jail or dead.

This led to a change in J&J's litigation posture. Thinking that Mr. Berman was indeed a crook, I guess because they read it on the Internet, they decided that one of the most prevalent trait of a white collar crook was corruption. So, J&J did things like using influence to get a certain type of judge assigned in the San Francisco Federal Court to their cases against J&J, all while believing that Mr. Berman would cut a deal for himself to exonerate J&J and allowing them to keep their patent trove. It didn't work out that way although many, many message board poster still believe this corruption angle to be true. Just ask them.

J&J believes it to be true as well, still even 8 years after J&J filed the first lawsuit against DECN.

An event occurred this last week that proves that J&J believe the trash posted by their plant and mimicked by a smaller but still vocal group of message board posters. This event will be leaked at an opportune time (not by me) to again make Mr. Berman the focus of fake rumor, innuendo and calls out to the authorities. Message board posters will no doubt amplify the leak, help out the true bad guys yet again, even though there is nothing good coming from the leak for shareholders. In fact taken to its conclusion the effect would be cataclysmic for DECN shareholders who yet again will be duped by message board posting non-shareholders and J&J, where this current situation is only about money, big, big money.

So, remember the next time you make a post like that, innocently posted or not, there will be many people reading it and telling themselves "we converted another one"

P.S. I have a problem with my "S" key
