AMBS is the holding company and will have separate entities that bring in revenue.
"We are actively looking at opportunities. Additionally, in looking at the hemp space, we will need a new management team with expertise in this area and therefore have expanded our management search to look at executives with this expertise."

" AMBS) has entered into a Letter of Intent (‘LOI’) with The Alchemist’s Kitchen, a plant-based wellness company marketing the Plant Alchemy brand of health and wellness products, to establish a joint venture for commercialization of hemp based herbal smokable products ‘Herbal Smokes’ in addition to conducting research for cannabinoid derived addiction treatment, "

With Todos to uplist imminently, I don't see any major steps forward with the LOI & The Alchemist’s Kitchen till the uplist is completed.
As to the uplist, they will be able to uplist overnight.
So, quite possibly the next PR we see from Todos & Amarantus is the announcement that TODOS has uplisted and is now trading on the big board.
Therw is still a lot going on with COEPTIS.
Modi has a BP pedigree and I believe is aiming for very large moves.

No clue where they may be in the process but like TODOS it could move quickly. They've been in the process for roughly 8 months now.
"We are continuing through that process, in addition to evaluating spin-off strategies for Cutanogen and MANF Therapeutics. We expect to make progress on these subsidiaries in Q3/19, as the next phase of our strategy once our business model has completed its first proof-of-concept success with the Todos Nasdaq listing."
So the real inflection point will be when TODOS one morning in the very near future they are now a NASDAQ listed company....with a very strong pipeline.
We will soon see.
The second half of this year will begin to show how a Holding Company works.
