Yet more failed tests that show that the amyloid theory is wrong --

and because this showed WORSENING of deterioration while using the drug, it supports the theory that amyloid is a symptom of the body trying to heal itself -- the equivalent of a scab stopping the bleeding -- so when you try to strip out the amyloid, or in this case prevent it from forming -- guess what, you're making things worse.
