I hope we find out the person who filed this that made 7k, more than likely they were bashing on the board, they should be the ones sued. This will be a tree with no fruit, they got nothing, nothing but talk.
There was one of these for AVXL years ago, I think one shareholder was on it for a few hundred dollars.
A money grab, like you said you could literally sue for anything nowadays. Now you even have people pouring liquid on the ground and “slipping” on it to try and sue.
People need to get a job if they need/want money. Not BS, not steal, it sickens me, it really does.
A lot of people bust their ass day in and day out and then you have asshole weasels out there getting money for nothing
