Can't say one hand you were mislead and on the other hand you were making a profit on your flips. Goes to show you some that are complaining are working hard to flip and make money.
They forgot to sue Oracle while they are at it. Oh, that's right. From the 8K.
"It is currently contemplated that once the application is available to be marketed to ORACLE customers, the Parties will prepare and distribute a joint press release."
Just a flipper who forgot to sell. Was waiting to sell on the news at it didn't happen.
You can sue anyone for anything these days, but a company can flip that back around on you when you don't read filings, you don't understand forward looking statements and in general, are a poor trader. I hope they make a poster child out of this one, but if you follow a lot of stocks, you'll see these shenanigans are common and last ditch efforts.
In the end, I guess the BWers will be exposed of their own doing and I don't have to do a thing. I am interested in seeing all their bad trades.
