Here's some food for thought. Taking loans out in OTC is pretty common. C brothers are there if/when needed, unfortunately, they don't have the best terms, but as a bank would you lend money to a company trading on the pink sheets? No you wouldn't, even if you could provide collateral I can almost guarantee you they wouldn't give you a dime...to risky. And if you think OTC stocks are the only ones that do this then think again.
