Haven't had time to update the spreadsheet as promised earlier, but hope to get through it over the early/extended weekend time frame. Just a couple of comments, though -
It's been helpful for me to stay away from the boards on this one. I stopped watching the board every day and reading all posts, and also stopped "buying the dip" - which was starting to become a never-ending pit - several weeks ago. Until the latest Q report. Since then, I've been sucking up shares and ignoring the board for the most part, relying only on what I see in the filings, company communication and still doing by best to ignore any/all posts that have any emotion or speculation. Very (financially) healthy way to go, IMO. I recommend it to all.
I am convinced this is the time to buy as heavy as possible. Any who've reviewed the history over the past 2 years, as well as the current status of the convertible notes will see what I mean. Forgetting how good/bad SB is at communicating and whether he's always or never giving 100% factual info, I know what I know about starting and running a business, communication with shareholders (of which SB is one big one) and other stakeholders (including family, vendors, buyout or merge partners, etc.), and doing what one believes is best for long-term shareholders... and all I care about is what I see in the filings and the company communications and reading between those lines. Not between the lines of pumpers, bashers, manipulators or any other anonymous self-serving board posters (like myself: self-serving, like everyone should be, with their own money).
Do your DD. Realize from that DD, among other things, that there are very few shares left out of MANY that have been given cheaply (to the market) over the past 2 years. Some have estimated/calculated about 110 million shares to be sold from the latest note that probably started converting last Friday. I agree with that number. I estimate about 60 million of those have been gifted (partly to me) over the past few days. That leaves about 50 million.
After this, there are no more notes that can convert until next March. Also, SB has no more shares to sell. This is unprecedented in the recent 3+ year history of the startup of ONCI as we know it.
We have also just recently had 2 quarters back-to-back with CASH realized of about $600K. This is also unprecedented.
Do your DD and forget about the noise. Just use your head and make your own decision, and don't let the hype or scare tactics sway you from getting your payday on this, however you decide to play it.
