It's unwise to set up expectations when we have no idea what is going on behind the scenes.
No way of knowing when there will be a press release. Personally I think that silence is a good thing, could mean that the lengthy process of deal-making is proceeding apace. Or it could mean that no one wants to put news out before a holiday period that traditionally finds a lot of Wall Street people away for a week or two.
