I was transferred to their foreign trading desk, I believe the representative I spoke with knew what he was talking about.
At this point I'm holding, if in the future I'm looking to purchase more, I'll probably discuss my actions in further detail with them, but for now, I'm happy with what I heard. I'm sure what you're saying was true when you worked in that capacity, but things do change, and different brokerages often work differently, especially when they determine what stocks can, and can't be margined, or to what degree.
I've seen a brokerage bring a stock down dramatically just by declaring it was no longer marginable in spite of it trading for over $7, when previously it was fully marginable. You can't tell me it's not the brokerage playing games with the investors, I'm not into margin, or that brokerage, but I know many who lost a lot of money by being forced to sell when they didn't intend to.
I hope the day comes when VXL is on the Nasdaq, and we have that sort of concern, I won't hold my breath, but solid Phase 2 results could have that potential, certainly Phase 3 results would.
