I don't understand why you would't trade it on the Canadian exchange with a 30-35% premium...because of the exchange..
Anyhow...do what you want..the grey market is not regulated and I am totally surprised Fidelity told you what they did..
I think their comment was based on the OTC...which is not the same as ther grey's...
There is absolutely no coordination between the grey market and any other exchange.
I worked in the brokerage business Gary....what Fidelity told you is not correct and you probably spoke or emailed with a junior person there.
