Yes, the Dragon is still around. Just back from Vacation.
Hello, Everybody
I am back from vacation. We did not go to Hawaii, deal fell through. Did a big loop instead. Down to see the brother. Ran around looking at land. His wife is finally talking retirement and a retirement home. He wants a piece of land big enough for a big shop/garage that he does not have to share with wife and girls. She want wants a piece close enough for the kids and her to visit. You guys every hear of Boring, Oregon. Believe me it is boring.
Next we headed to Cannon Beach, Oregon. Good food, a bit high priced but good. Would recommend the Driftwood and Pig and Pancake. The halibut in dill sauce with parmesan cheese, you have got to try! If you think the prices for houses in Seattle are high, they don't even touch Cannon Beach. One acre with a small log house and a falling down shack on a bench across from haystack rock. Started at 2.3 mill and is now in a bitting war.
Next we when to see the sister. Up the hill(mountain) through the woods to the sister house we go. She is trying to get rid of a black bear the that is raiding the birdfeeders. Does not want to call fish and game became they would shot it. I saw pictures, big bear. Had BBQ and pork roast Hawwii style. To look my sister you would think hippie chick that never grow up. Only thing is, She is the only one of us that finished college with a masters and did not owe a dime. Runs a 2 million dollar a year business out of a tiny room at the top of the stairs. She listens to me talk about Ucore to be nice. But she has never own a share of stock in her life. The only way she would, is if I gave some to her or left it to her in my will.
Next we headed home, The teenage grandchild that was staying at the house and taking care of the cats messed with my computer. Log on was messed up and Stockhouse does not make it easy to reset the your password.
Wife is shopping and the house is quiet, I have my coffee(yes, Folgers). I see that a few things have happen with Ucore. I have made over 100% on the last batch of stock I bought back in April. Drops my overall price per share down a lot. Around .16 and change.
Wife works in the legal world. Did you know that you have to file paperwork asking for the courts permission to have a brief over 20 pages. A brief with over 500 pages is only going to making the judge mad. Steves lawyer is padding his bill.
