RE:RE:Lawyer fee still has to pay
Possibly most of us noticed the lawsuit is IBC and Steve vs. Ucore, and we also knew that majority of IBC share holders signed OTP. Obviously, Steve and some share holders of IBC changed their mind regardless they already took down payment.
Interesting thing that worth to mention is this joint case of IBC and Steve. Why? let me explain:
Steve holds a percentage of shares, let’s say “A”, there is also some percentage of shares support him, let’s say “B”. The rest is against him, let’s say “C”. Clearly Steve wants to shake out OTP and he is the initiator. If B>C, then for sure A+B>C, if this is the situation, the lawsuit would be between IBC and Ucore, Steve will only be representing IBC, and will not be listed separately. But, If C>B, it is different story. if without Steve, there will not be the lawsuit. Obviously the lawsuit is going on, so the condition can only be like this, B<C, and A+B>C. why is this significant? This tells us, only Steve and very few changed their mind about OTP and majority of originally singed share holders are still with us. these people will give Steve more and more pressure as they see the direction of the case is going to. More pressure means less strength Steve has.
