Same as the TA told you the following month. Yes, last 3years low dilution to keep the doors open while waiting on customers to ink deals with us! And to add - Mr. Kay still has 50%/2.5B in the AS and did NOT need to increase the AS now another 2.5B for massive dilution purposes!
We just recently signed some sweet large deals: FD 19/Q2, DSS 19/Q1 and think AJG/GA 18/Q4. It takes time for those deals to implement and get paid, then after SFOR gets paid - takes time for the funds to hit the SFOR books!!
There's NO need to raise the AS 2.5B for massive dilution after those inked deals - come on already with some of the spewed garbage w/out doing any DD by some! I can tell so many still do NOT understand the magnitude of SFOR IP throughout the ENTIRE GLOBAL CYBER/INTERNET ECOSYSTEM!
There's also good reasons when raising the AS that can be CSH friendly and acquisitions is one! Do we know that for sure, of course not, but IMSO this AS increase is NOT to massive dilute the "OS"!
And yes, it's the company valuation divided by the "OS" = pps.
I do believe in Mr. Kay/Team SFOR and BSAFE! He has NEVER lied to me and ALWAYS straight forward with what he can legally say. I will continue to buy what I can at these very very blessed prices!
