$SFOR Last time I checked with TA directly was on
Post# of 82672
O/S than was 2,282,957,407 June 20, 2016
O/S now is 2,529,637,850 June 13, 2019
In the last 3 years, 246,680,443 Shares were added ( Mostly in the Last 2 months ). Well, I will live with it as SFOR has gone miles in the last few years with Large deals that they mentioned in 10Q is finally kicked in.
What is important for me is that 4 LARGE deals which are live now & all are big ones. This is what I waited for since I bought in. I was never here for Lawsuits , it was just a gravy for me.
Kay mentioned in his tweet yesterday that, watch for next Q for revenue increase and that it's A/S that is increased & not the O/S.
Quote:
This is precautionary, and while are revenues increase (see the next Q) we might need some more money, but just some, not the 2 billion, which is there for the reserves only. Not the outstanding.
I think many peeps who sent me PM's about what is AS, probably doesn't know the basics that for valuation purpose it's OS that matters & not AS. AS is reserved shares & OS is the one that matters.
Don't know whether we should be mad for A/S increase or be happy that 4 LARGE deals that are live now and kicking in and will bring substantial revenue in coming Q's. I am saying it again don't underestimate the revenue that these deals will bring in and compounding effect will be to watch out for.
Revenue, deals, growth etc is what matters when you look to sell or buyouts.
My Money is on Compounding Revenue from current 4 Large Deals i.e.
1. DSS SFOR will be paid per/user
2. First Data ( PCI/Big One )
3. Gallagher ( Very Huge, as per kay )
4. Hospitality ( Details awaited )
& other Large future deals i.e.
1. Mcafee
2. AON
3. Blackrock
4. Two Govt Agencies
5. Large defense Contractor
And Others...that I anticipate to pop in as well
Plus BSAFE everyone.
Another Email from KAY from the past, that I am keeping an eye on:
Quote:
Ref 8-K: Just cleans up the preferred A and actually prepares the company better for selling it, not that we have a sale in process now. It allows us to sell the voting preferred A to a non-employee, which is the typical case anyway."
