I wouldn't go that far I do think he may be holding back the
AUDIT news on VINA because he knows that will move
the stock, but I also think he will get the $4M collected
on DIO thru this summer by SEPT and start the BUYBACK then that's
why he kicked the APR divvy to SEPT 30, 2019.
I could be wrong and you may be right and we'll have to
wait until 2020, but this DIO deal has been in effect
since Jan 2019 now and he's already given them one
extension on the payment schedule so I think he will
collect this summer.
