WinstonNC, in other words Henry wants the PHIL stock price to stay LOW until he gets monies collected from DIO Group. And even more so is deliberately delaying the AUDIT of VINAFILMS which was long done and kept on hold for the BUYBACK.
In that is the case then we also should not expect to hear any positive news from Henry until March 2020 and forget about PHIL stock position and only come back next year!
