2. Coeptis is working on a Capital Raise to complete the transaction

2. Looking at the space in terms of diagnostic, therapeutic and wellness
3. Would aquire synergistic assets.
He referenced "Apple" in terms of what he sees this part of the company would look like Apple's
Ecosystem, but in the Hemp space.
The Hemp Ecosystem would have value creation, data capture and then outcomes.
