why volume maintenance matters .. 
IPIX currently .. 10 day cut in half since last Friday ..
Volume 0
Volume (10 day Average) 501,255
Volume (90 day Average) 575,879
last Friday (5.31.19)
IPIX Volume 446,354
Volume (10 day Average) 1,129,687
Volume (90 day Average) 570,180
reminder it's far easier for NR to *manipulate* the 10 day volume avg than the 90 day volume avg ..
but as all can *see* .. if unable to be *maintained* it can be for naught

suspect the 5000 is a % based signal for 500000
it hasn't really translated tho' .. for the last round .. except for 1 day
