note the 10 day volume avg on IPIX ..

NRs' dilemma besides *lack* of *volume* that isn't wash traded for *volume*
(indicates lack of actual *sells*) .. remains .. a march towards the *resets* of
IPIX's 52 week high/s and of course low/s (YOY)
