Discovery got 300MM on hand.. avg under 2 pennies a share, they pony up 5MM and change for a boat load of shares for a penny stock? They are in the business of making $$$ and rarely loose $$$ on any deal.. I think they have a good idea where are we heading.
I'm still confuse with this crazy deal that the Hirsch and boys give up. If they are not in bed with Discovery, then how can you explain that they can't find another entity to pony up 5MM to repaid Discovery? If they are, why give up so much for 5MM? I know they can and will increase the authorized shares from 500MM to probably 750MM or more soon.
Maybe just maybe.. this is the way how business works.. Discovery are the only entity willing to roll the dice with OWCP now without revenue...and once OWCP have revenue.. Discovery will rack up the profit and let another entity move OWCP to the next stage.. uplisting... yes, that's a long term view..
To Unload 300MM will take some bad ass news and not just one..
I expected OWCP to be up today just because Discovery just invested 5MM in a cheap equity purchase.
