Personally I'm actually glad to see this. I wish all the terms were better as we all do but at least something has happened and we know where those cards stand to some extent. From what I know something is brewing and the only thing I could guess is that discovery figured to cash in now and have a boat load of shares to get rid of all the way up. If discovery waited and the price went up they would not get nearly as many shares. Right now they are sitting pretty. If this goes anywhere North of $0.30 discovery will certainly be dumping and to get to 30 cents means a whole heck of a lot of volume and most certainly a big PR or two. Knowing that things are moving in the right direction, but we all know their track record and the things don't always work out as one would like, discovery is simply putting themselves in a position to score big. The float obviously is sitting close to 500 million but that's certainly not as bad as other companies out there. ACB has a billion shares which is crazy and canopy as 345 million. I do wish we were sitting at no more then 250 million but then again it could wish for a lot of things. During my correspondence with them the idea of a buyback was floated. If I can get ahold of some dry powder I would be buying at these prices. Good luck to all!
