Great point, as a novice investor, I failed to realize the effect that these off-market fund-raising rounds were having in SP suppression. I also hope that the TO fills and that this offer marks the final dilution to share holders. As we "insiders" continue to absorb the influx of shares sold on the open market, at some critical juncture, the news will get out about BLA acceptance or TNBC results and the ratio of sellers to buyers will likely have a dramatic shift. This is why I remain optimistic while the share price continues to drop.
