I agree 100 percent ADK with everything you stated , that being said we don't even have any facts from corporate which I have to admit in this case isn't good on however the departure of Doug Gillen happened or when it happened? This information should of been delivered in a podcast and the proper sec form so investors don't loose trust in the company! I'm guessing some investors sold without even having the information or facts on the departure!
Loosing Doug isn't a bad thing as long as his departure was on good terms and that's the Big question? I can't see Doug burning bridges or Michael Welch for that matter. The only questions I have is did he deliver and who is replacing him going forward? If Dougs departure was recent their's a good chance everything he set out to do with "OSCAR" is still being executed as stated on podcast#21. Oscar and Christian are great sales people and have many contacts, they are more then capable of making things happen!
GHS was just issued 30 million more shares if I remember right for future financing and they just borrowed another 100,000 plus dollars from GHS. My point is that wouldn't be happening
if their wasn't a major path forward. My guess is
they needed to get more financing in place to
handle accounts payable for major production orders required by new deals executed with the new distributers they have been going after.
When I was in the construction business in my 20s I use to run multimillion dollar projects for my dad. I was kinda of cocky and thought I was the best at what I did. My dad taught me you can allways be replaced and chances are that will happen many times in your carreer and he was right! Changing sales people even VPS isn't the end in fact many times it's just the beginning of something better. Hopefully in this case Doug and RMHB got what they needed and are still doing business going forward.
