No need to raise capital? No problems at all? No way, that's not the real world.
Many OTC traders looking for fast cash simply don't know what long term really means. They get stuck and then blame a company for not meeting their unrealistic personal idea of what building a company is and especially how long it should take.
Only those funded by a fat parent company are lucky enough to have clean books and suddenly have their products/services distributed everywhere, and with little to no impact on shareholder value to get there. Spin-offs or re-named ventures like Hanson's Natural into Monster Beverage Corp. Only looks like magic if you DON"T look at the whole story.
And even if you could manage that miracle, in any areas where it doesn't catch right away you're gonna eat the cost of it sitting on shelves. Again, everything distributed everywhere for peanuts is not the real world.
Building out a company like this takes time and money, and comes with delays and frustrations. Anyone unable to understand that should not be invested in the first place. Not long term anyhow.
