Some viewed SFOR as a patent play, patents should have delivered big money and there would have been a lot of rich SFOR investors had it not been for ALICE. Nobodys to fault. The DD on the Patent was true. Ropes and Grey and utility patent is as close to a sure thing as a Seth Curry lay up.
So patent damages and revenues could have carried SFOR though the sales revenues famine.
Patent money could have also helped with sales as everyone had to acknowledge SFORs patents and SFOR would have had money for more techs TV commercials etc.
We are where we are , we have the means for revenues , just have to wait a little longer
