I am glad you are relaxed and merry and with a positive spirit that all will be fine song in your heart!
All SFOR investors were affected by alice. Not just 1. I was very upset for all investors as my wish was for all to benefit.
Some who are upset seem to want someone to blame, well blame supreme court for creating the patent eating virus Alice, that took down the strongest patent a utility patent. SFOR should have been able to defend its legal patent and recover damages. Nothing wrong with our patent or even our legal representation. No one to blame , but supreme court.
Revenues will move SP up. We have 3 significant revenue makers in first data BofA DSS and Gallagher. When all three are rolling SFOR will have millions annually.
Read my earlier post on revenues and rest of year. We have 3 huge revenue makers signed up. I believe those who are patient will fully recover later in the year.
If we didn't have that going for us we would be in trouble. But I also feel the law suits are very much in play. Congress and the Supreme Court are very well aware of what Alice has done to the patent system and are taking steps IMO to correct it. Not just for SFOR but for the many businesses whose patents have been infringed upon as a result.
