re: the issue of the use of the word *leak*
NRs' implications are to always blame mgmt
odds are NRs' various tentacles sourced *info* back in mid to late February
and then *set up* the rounds that would then be undertaken .. (that was Mar
and April and 2 days in May for *one* pattern change out .. and then of course
the efforts of of May 3rd .. May 6th and so on)

if one had the time to observe NRs' efforts on May 3rd .. it was pretty obvious
NR had pulled their *block* via their CONstant utilization of their *decoys* and
UC/s (undercuts) on IPIX's *ask* .. that so went against NRs' *efforts* for months
it raised some *flags* (always note pattern change outs)
i haven't had the chance but i'm finding the last 2 weeks' volume really intriguing ..
if i can squeeze together some time .. (over) this coming week or two
i am going to try to show the YTD volume totals since 2012 ..
imo it was September 2012 when NR started their cycles of money on CTIX ..
this really does crystalize the rather massive *gamble* that NR took against IPIX last September ..
pumping thru that *volume* in correlation with working the stock price down from 5805c (reset high 9.7.18)
to 7c (reset low on 12.31.18) ..
now it's a matter of trying to put it in terms most investors can understand
it's funny until i posted this week that there wasn't even a 1M~ volume day in 2016
i hadn't even realized that myself .. i knew the volume was *off* (lower) in 2018 (8 mos) from same time frame in 2017 .. but i'm not sure i realized about 2016 .. if that is the case .. where 2016 is (probably) lower than 2015 .. and then 2017 is lower
and then a good chunk of 2018 .. holy crap do they have a problem .. when you realize what they were willing
to pump thru in 4 mos of 2018 .. it's almost unfathomable
essentially what they did was 50% bogus (4 mos) .. conservatively potential for
abusive efforts between 14M and 28M (54-13x2 = 28) .. throw a dart .. it's
probably between 15M and 25M they did just in those 4 months ..
but anyway it's sliced .. it's abusive that gets added to prior years' efforts
which boggles the mind as to what was in place *prior* to that .. again the hand off was done from 2014 to 2015 because of two issues .. intent then by mgmt to uplist .. which would have spiked NRs' (by that time) significantly
upside down position re: CTIX .. it's like a roadmap in hindsight .. and because mgmt had noted intent to uplist
and NR couldn't shake out investors (2015) .. you see the hit pieces and the trolling by X firms for lead plaintiff
re: CA lawsuit .. and while some of those efforts may have worked .. odds are based on *volume* depreciation
that it actually didn't .. and then the irony is the *spin* some of the crew gave re: ticker/name/cusip change out
which never covers abusive efforts .. not really sure it covered *legal*
1.5M~ was the highest legal ever reported (July 2018)
on IPIX and that was over a year after the change out of 6.2017) .. what the ticker changeout did *imo* was stall
NR while they worked thru resets on *legal* (resetting isn't covering .. it's *imo* % based .. pushing off from one
CE to another CE)
this is textbook and it's no wonder they are foaming at the mouth .. i use AMRN as a guide .. but i honestly have no idea how upside down NR was on AMRN (they clearly were based on volume avgs and the spikes NR had to do) .. it is quite possible IPIX spikes far higher than mid to high $20.00 range .. so much of this will depend on the news out of Innovation Pharma .. but i also think we will see NR *try* to do a subtle controlled (laddered up) take up going forward .. on *volume* .. but they can't afford to lose the stock (came close 2 weeks ago) .. so this is gonna get really volatile going forward imo because NR is desperate .. most likely due to learned time lines among other aspects
rumor has CT keeps showing up on IPIX *there* .. i'm not surprised ..
understand the majority of OTC targets to not *survive let alone outlast* NRs' years of *efforts*
those that do are epic in how handled ..
