Thanks for letting us know about the "For Sale" and "Relocation" signs. A press release from April 4th might help to explain the signs. That press release stated the following:
"The Company management has decided not to extend its existing facilities and is selling its vacant parcel of land and is considering the purchase of a 102,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant with expansion to another 145,000 sq. ft. The company is planning for the possibility of this to take place this year."
