There's a huge 'For Sale' sign at Coates Warehouse... There's also a smaller sign that says says 'Coates is arelocating'. But I'd be completely floored if he ever opens another place. He likely just wants to sell the last thing of value he has before folding up shop and living out remaining years with his wealth.
