Buy4fun, that was a tremendously written post and summarization of exactly what I believe. Companies like Merck, Coca Cola, Microsoft, GE and many more giants do not do the work, they have the money and let the little guys do the work and then swoop in with their billions, offer a price the owners cant resist and either take over or take control.
