To all those who have some doubts on the Merck connection to UNVC:

We need to take a step back and appreciate how some huge companies operate and I will base this analysis on the beverage behemoth Coca-Cola.

The only brand that Coca-Cola created is Coca-Cola Soda !!

All the other brands that either belong outright to Coca-Cola or are partially owned by Coca-Cola (VitaminWater, Honest Tea, Capri Sun, Schweppes, Seagrams, Fuze, NOS, Full Throttle, Minute Maid, PowerAde, Sprite, Tab, Suja, Body Armor, Monster etc etc) are all developed by other people and built as brands with sales that exceed a certain dollar value before Coca-Cola buys them or invests in them.

Coca-Cola let other people work very hard and then swoop in !!

Coke has made a habit of taking a minority stake in attractive young companies before purchasing them outright, as it did with Honest Tea and Coke already has a relationship with Body Armor co-founder and chairman Mike Repole, Body Armor's largest shareholder. Repole co-founded both Smartwater and Vitamin Water, both now owned by Coke.

The 2 sectors that control much more of the USA than most people realize is Big Oil and Big Pharmaceutcals.

We could have had electric and hybrid cars 30 years ago - however Big Oil prevented it.

We could have had Cannabis medication years ago but Big Pharma prevented it.

There comes a time when Big Oil and Big Pharma can no longer prevent advancements and that is why today most car brands have Hybrid or Electric Cars.

The same will be with Cannabis Medication - however since so much of Cananbis has been illegal in the USA - a company like Merck could NOT do R & D. Imagine share-holders finding out that Merck was doing R & D with an illegal ingredient - 1) the stock would crash and 2) Gov indictments !!.

Just like Big Oil - the Cannabis time has arrived - however to start clinical trials now in the USA can take years to get FDA approval .............

That is where Our Holy Land - the Land of Israel and Dr Rahphael Mechoulam enter the picture with Dr David Dalton.

Dr Mechoulam has been doing Cannabis research (all legally) in the Land of Israel since the early 1960's.

Just like Coca-Cola - Merck will now be able to use all the proven "R & D" from the Land of Israel to get FDA Approval for Cannabis Medications as it all becomes Legal in the USA - in other words Merck will be ahead of all the competition for Proven High Quality Cannabis Medication because of the Ken Frazier - Dr Dalton connection.

Merck will do exactly what Coca-Cola has done all the years - use other people's R & D and Product Development - in our case - huge dollar volume and dollar sales for UNVC that will cause the UNVC price to go "nuclear" with a UNVC - Merck joint venture !!.

This is all my understanding of how the UNVC - Merck relationship will continue to grow and grow and to do this Merck needed to keep Ken Frazier as the CEO and NOT "pension him off" in 2018 as per the Merck "rules and regulations" and the direct connection is Dr David Dalton and Ken Frazier.

IMO, there is no way of knowing high UNVC can go even in 2019 - $10 or $15 or $20 - until we see the Filings and PR's we do not know.
