My take on today’s 8k and 10Q is that there has been relatively minor dilution by IPIX as they position themselves to finalize a large non-dilutive funding transaction. IPIX has established an emergency safety net of $400k/month from June through October. If we look at the facts we own a piece of a company that has a phase3 ready drug with a strong possibility of success in a market that is $600M-$1.2B ANNUALLY for a single instance. The Brilacidin franchise drug could have several multiple billion dollar revenue streams. We have a cancer drug Kevetrin that will be a game changer in cancer treatment if it makes it to market and would be worth many billions in revenue and profits. The fact that IPIX management has advanced the science to this point with less than 200M total shares outstanding is an impressive feat.

Rollercoaster trading days force investors to take a step back and to reflect WHAT they own and WHY they own an investment. I cannot speak for anyone besides myself but the reason I invested in CTIX starting in 2011 and have continued to add to my position was to make money on my investment. To fully monetize and maximize your investment return with a pre-revenue biotech investment you need to target an exit strategy that begins AFTER a drug makes it to market. An investment in IPIX is a belief that IPIX’s drugs make it through FDA trials and to market where they will produce revenue. An investor must also believe that IPIX management is honest, competent and is looking out for shareholders best interests. If you don’t believe in both the products and in management you really have no business owning IPIX shares. If you do believe that IPIX has competent and honest management and that there is a strong likelihood that these drugs will make it to market, then why should we be concerned with any short-term noise?

This target audience for this post is for investors. I really don’t care what stock traders (legal or illegal) believe. Anyone who has been around for any length of time knows that there is a criminal element that has been attacking our company. It doesn’t take much common sense to simply look at the SMB’s and see that there are posters that are either paid to post negatively or post as part of an overall trading gang to influence IPIX SP. The criminals are very predictable and like to use terms like “bogyman” to discredit the obvious. The other board is full of these cockroaches and Hangout has its share as well. A recent example is a very informative post by 4kids that exposes exactly what the criminals are doing to our company that had 17 likes was stickied by an honest moderator Drano and soon after was taken down by a dishonest moderator and replaced with a post with 2 likes. Do the criminals think we are stupid and don’t know what they are doing? As investors we really don’t know what is going to happen short term. There is just as good of a chance that NSS does another Mako type hit piece on Monday of next week as there is of IPIX announcing a major financing deal. For true investors IT DOESN’T MATTER! Anyone who doesn’t clearly see this is either extremely naïve or they are part of the criminal activity. It is also a fact that the criminals, NR or NSS (these terms are interchangeable) control IPIX’s share price. They have been in control for 5 years initially up and mostly on the way down. Share Price is the ONLY thing that they control using compression with false volume. They cannot control IPIX science, although they have been successful slowing the progression of the science by making it much more costly to fund trials and advancement. The criminals do not control when investors sell their shares although they do their best to shake out weak hands. Any investor with GTC orders will get ripped off every time IPIX SP stages a run as NSS is upside down on IPIX and needs REAL shares. As investors we decide for ourselves when to sell. IPIX is a milestone based company and IPIX has hit many milestones leading us to where we are today with a phase3 ready drug. Now answer the obvious question of value forgetting about how artificially depressed our share price is. Is IPIX worth as much today as it will be once ANY of these individual milestones are achieved? What will our SP be upon completion of ANY/SOME/ALL of the following?

- Large non-dilutive funding becomes available – Could come in MANY forms including royalty based license deal with BP or possibly a creative subsidiary spin-off or Angel investment just to name a few.

- After the start of a B-OM phase 3

- After an Up List to NASDAQ

- After initiating of B-IBD Phase 3

- After completion of B-OM phase 3

- After initiation of a large K phase 2

- After receiving the first ANNUAL royalty check for $100M

- After a 2nd monster license deal for Kevetrin

- After having multiple streams of revenue in the 100’s of millions and becoming a double threat as both a high growth biotech as well as an earnings machine.

This is just a SAMPLE LIST of a few near term milestones. NSS is just as aware of the above list as legit investors are. NSS is also aware that every time IPIX meets one of the above milestones that NSS lose more of their control over IPIX SP. We saw a very small sample of that the other day with trading of 2.5M shares taking it up 89% in a single day. What happens when IPIX secures a major non-dilutive funding agreement and the bashers lose their #1 argument of financial viability and their #2 argument of dilution? How much more valuable is our company as IPIX management executes each milestone from above? If a flood of NEW investors come in large waves with millions in LEGIT volume what will that do to our little thinly traded company? If existing shareholders hang tight until some of the above milestones are met where is the supply of shares going to come from to match the massive demand? When we UP List and there is a MAJOR SHORT SQUEEZE what will happen to our artificially compressed share price? Why would we sell our shares before we take back control of our company as it becomes more fairly valued and products become monetized? In the meantime ignore the noise and use the criminal’s activities against them by adding to your position with artificially compressed prices. There are not many trading days left to do that IMO.
