You bring up some valid concerns. The 8K also reorganizes the old agreement under the new share structure, but I can see where you are coming from as well.
I do not believe this is "keep the lights on type stuff", but you are correct we need evidence to the contrary. SALES PERIOD Speculation is no longer enough.
I am not alone in saying this. We want to see signed purchase orders, distribution agreements, and we want follow through with CBD Life. (But this will not happen on "our" timeline, we all wanted this stuff to happen YESTERDAY!, but that is not how the real world works). It will probably be a few more weeks before we are kicking down doors.
If I didn't feel strongly about the leadership I would not be here. We have the right team in place to make this a real winner. They cannot reveal everything they are doing behind the scenes, but they are working very hard to make this the best OTC investment in history.
