There are pretty much two message boards that RMHB investors use right now..
This one and the Facebook RMHB stock boys page (which can get pretty emotional at times) . Ihub is pretty much dead as it has become a wasteland for this ticker (and many others)
As far as the 8k here is what I think:
It is good that we have some kind of financing that we can rely on but this financing is typically "keep the lights on" type stuff and is dilutive in nature. We can puchase the note back by the buy back date but thus far we have not with the prevous ones.
The one concern I have with the GFS financing is why and how we still need it.
Do you know how easy it is to get angel money or investor money for a company like ours in its current state ? SHOULD be EASY
Do you know how many people out there have millions of dollars to invest? - ALOT MORE THAN YOU THINK.
Do you know how many funds out there are looking for investments in the infant CBD field right now? A TON
so the questions that concerns me is that with all this wealthy investment people , funds , Angel investors out there why do we still need GFS financing?
They should be banging our doors down. Maybe they are. Maybe this is just temporary till we find the right one. But for us not to have that right now is a bit of a Red Flag. There are so many millions and billions out there that it should be as easy as going to a 7-11(no pun intended) and deciding which investor /fund to buy from the shelf.
