i strongly suspect what happened last Friday (stopped @ 11:04AM)
was a test .. to see what would come to pass

the reason that day *registered* is because it was the second day in a row
that NR reported in the low 30% (DRS) on IPIX .. up to 5.2.19 and 5.3.19
NR had gone 2 months and a few days since reporting DRS that *low*
starting on 4.26.19 .. NR had struggled with hidden trade %s rising significantly
so they did what i refer to as letting the helium out of the balloon
meaning they deliberately *ran* IPIX .. of course the issue there is the timing
NR always runs the risk of losing control (hence the influx of various multi/s)
and the by rote appearance of you know who on the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation
so NR came close to losing IPIX at least a few times Monday & Tuesday .. that is why i've noted the *volume* and NRs' *turn* .. yesterday
running IPIX means every GTC to a certain price point gets pulled and then the resets get underway
imo that is what is in play .. but remember exactly when NR *worked* IPIX after a stall @ 70c one year ago .. NR reset the 52 week high *lower* (and on a 5 digit trade no less)

this is an issue imo for NR going forward .. next one from memory (so I may be off) is on 7.6.18 (at 64c) and then on 9.7.18 (5805c) ..
it's actually amazing to me the effort .. in play by NR .. in the last 4 months of 2018
some entity imo took a calculated risk that is giving every indication of an epic fail
and that is why i'm so convinced that NR has been significantly upside down since the hand off of 2014/2015 (5.00/2.50/1.25/70c/35c and so it goes) .. traders trade/investors invest/NR manipulates
by my calcs 2/3rds of *volume* was most likely bogus (55M~ pumped thru) and a range approx of 5805c to 7c done in less than 4 months ..trying to force mgmt
into toxic financing (almost always an auto death spiral) and part actual investors from their IPIX shares
lastly realize why we are seeing new *decoys* on IPIX .. it's early May .. most retail are clueless as to these *timed entrants* .. those that remember them have to wait until around 6.10.19 to *see* who actually did activity vs just *showing* for the entity who hires them ..
