At this point I think no one believes his PR's anymore.
Due to previous history nothing will be believed until it can be proven.
Coates didn't file an 8k for the order -yet,and he still hasnt reported 1st quarter earnings which are way past late(there is a stop sign for the ticker on otc markets)
as far as the Jail thing.. the SEC could care less about penny stocks. I have seen so much worse than this that nothing would or could ever come of making "unfullfilled promises type PR's"
the funny thing is if GC really wanted to "pump" the stock he could of in the past, he really hasn't. Not too difficult to place well written and organized Pr's as well as other items to boost the share price. He really hasn't ever done that.
at this point it is only hope. kind of like the hope when you buy that powerball ticket on Friday night.
