More than a month ago GC posted he had a purchase order for $24M. Apparently no one believed that it was true since the stock price didn't change. If true, why didn't anyone buy. If we assume it is a lie, how can someone post such a lie officially and not get prosecuted since it attempts to manipulates the stock price.
