Yes, I'm surprised no one is talking about that on ihub. I may bring it up. The 10 day half-life really changes the perspective. It take 5 half-lifes to reach steady state, that is 50 days, it is even a little more complicated because at lower concentrations, the half-life if faster (meaning at the beginning, the drug is eliminated faster until the higher concentrations are reached compounding the problem). So that fully would explain why most failures were happening within the first 6 weeks, using just 7 day overlap. Also that explains why the 700mg dose was better the first 10 weeks, but not as much post 10 weeks.
