I believe that approval of 525 mg for both combo and mono is just formality..
During May 2 NYC presentation Dr NP said that FDA commented first that with this very good results with 525 why we will want to continue with 700 mg for HIV..
Official approval is just formality !!!
And this went very well since by this time we had already over 100 patients on mono on 525 for over 26 weeks , so it was perfect for 100 safety patients for combo ,
first time things really worked better than we thought it will be , on 700 we will need few more months , so might be that our luck is improving. !!
