you're correct Winston...that's my bad in assuming that footnote was referring to the Authorized Commons but in fact it is referring to the Outstanding Commons. finally brought the document up on something other then my phone so I could see it lol.
Hmmm..well something is off here now with the sequence of events. We have a document stating one thing and Otcm showing another.
