Pharm No the 'date hereof' cannot be referring to the
FY end OCT 31 because the 10K clearly shows the
O/S was 4.505B as of Oct 31, 2018.

We know there's been some 400M+ shrs diluted since
then.
Again the ATTORNEY LETTER is making it clear as of
4/23/19 when it was filed the O/S was 4.96B
And again the footnote of the ATTORNEY LETTER
makes it clear the 1.4B reduction
will not happen until move to CO is official.
Whether SB is going to stick to that or change it
going forward is up to him but for now that's where
it stands.
