not bashing this but look at this . no the attorney letter did not clarify it lets look . unless the ta put out miss information on the share structure .
i will make it easy to follow here. in the annual report there were
Total shares outstanding: 4,505,705,518 common as of: 10/31/2018

so according to that there is no 1,400,000,000 share reduction untill the companies completion of corpoarte actions in cluding the move to colorado before the share reduction will be done .
so now who is wrong steve for saying it was done off the annual report . the ta for saying the share out standing as of 02/21/2019 is 3,105,705,518 . or the attorney for saying it is not going to be done untill certain corporate actions are completed .
so in all reality did they do the 1.4 billion reduction or not you tell me as everything you read says something different on the matter
