That big wheel spin
The hair thins
When the news slows
Their shares crash
Hopes are dashed
People forget
They forget why they invested in VERB
They forget they're hiding
They forget how valuable their support can be to their investment
A lot of work to get to the big stage
You may not realize this, but this week, dozens of sites lit up with analysis of VERB

If people didn't know about VERB, they do now
If you want to support the company, go talk to a realtor you know, a teacher you know, a...
Show them a company video or one from DR2 interactive that are great
What I think doesn't help promote the company is grabbing random videos off of youtube, tagging them, and posting them all over the internet.
Makes the company look like a crappy penny pump in my view when spamming everyone. Yeah, Jim Cramer is going to talk about the company because he was spammed hundreds of times. It's embarrassing to see this but maybe I am alone in my opinion.
Heck, even the guy in the Stream video, was telling the associates not to spam people. Let them know you are sending something. That is the way to do it. Everyone in sales knows this.
If you don't, when is the last time you bought something from a cold call? I won't even answer my business line because of the spammers.
Maybe in a future video, Rory could tell us what we can all do to help the company, rather than guessing. I spoke with him late last year and that was my last question. How can I help and he told me.
The best interactive videos in my opinion are the ones where the person says click here, like the EDU videos I've seen. The ones where it's intuitive you should click, like the real estate videos I've seen.
I can't wait for the taggLIVE app. I can picture the seller saying, if you want to buy, click the buy it now button at the top right. Yup, after awhile the whole world will get it and no one will even need to say that, but right now, the world needs some training.
I love seeing new product launches and VERB launched a new vertical this week! That was a big surprise. I forgot we are already in Q2.
"With education becoming one of our most popular verticals..."
Back in my day, teaching was a lot different...
Fast forward to 2019, VERB's taggEDU Learning Platform will change the way schools communicate and students learn.
I've added the Q&A below to the board info section on Friday for those that check it. If people don't know where that is, it's right above the mods names with the blue link that says "Show Board Information"
I'll also said I would help explain the difference between Instagram and what other companies are doing vs. VERB. Towards the end, is part of it, but there are other aspects of what they are already doing that people haven't realized yet, that I'll discuss in the future. Wanted to try to keep this taggEDU related.
The other thing I'll add that I touched on below is, when I saw VERB added 7000+ users I almost fell out of my chair. I was originally thinking, if each school got 3 licenses, how would that add up. Let's say there are 100K public schools in the US alone. Now do the math of 3 users per school. 300K users max if you got 100% which you won't.
Sachem has 15 schools of which 5 are middle or high schools. I like 1,500 users per school better than 3.
I like it a lot
Whether it's given away free, for a $1/user or $10/user, I don't care. This is going to skyrocket the user base and set the the groundwork like Apple and Google did.
If anyone doesn't get this model, they only need to look as far as Microsoft's acquisition of Flipgrid video company last year that had a free version and subscription version. As soon as Microsoft bought the company, they announced that all versions would given away for free.
Some may not realize what Microsoft does in the education space. For example, Office 365 is free for students and teachers. I used to love that when my kids were in school.

Onto the Q&A...
Q: Why are you putting together all this information redspeed?
A: People forget
Q: Does VERB have any other platforms besides Direct Sales?
A: Yes, a number of other platforms including taggEDU Learning Platform that was launched on May 3, 2019
VERB Launches Interactive Learning Platform With New York’s Sachem Central School District
Q: How is it sold? Does a school buy one license and everyone shares it?
A: In the case with New York’s Sachem Central School District, which is the largest suburban school district in New York, they are licensed for administrators, educators and students
Q: Do schools get a license for every student too?
A: Sachem School District has nearly 15,000 students enrolled and their taggEDU licenses covers 7,950 users which include middle school and high school students (all but K-5).
Q: Why would a school use interactive video and do you have an example?
A: It's a great way for the administration and teachers to communicate with students and parents. Feedback from parents in many districts is schools could do a much better job and VERB's taggEDU us a great platform to communicate and provide interactive links to sites, newsletters, events, homework, etc. Students can also take advantage of the platform when creating presentations and other assignments. Analytics also give you insights to when someone watched the video, what they clicked on, etc. taggEDU is the perfect platform even on snow days for students remote

Q: How much revenue does VERB make on taggEDU
A: The program has recently launched and pricing has not been publicly shared. Companies like Apple, Google and others have given away their technology to schools or at a significant discount for a number of reasons including, it's a good think to do. It's also a smart thing to do as it gets the technology into the hands of the next generation and accelerates adoption.
Q: Would parents need to buy a license to view or interact with the video?
A: It's free to view and interact.
Q: Awesome, I like free. If my Son or Daughter made a video, where would I go to see it?
A: That is the beauty of the VERB technology. Unlike products from other companies and social sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc. you don't need to go to one place to see it. It can be placed where your audience is.
Q: Wow, I heard about this multi-channel something or other technology but never used it. What does that really mean?
A: VERB technology platform is device, browser and site agnostic. Meaning you can distribute and share almost every which way. The term multi-channel means you can take the same content (i.e. interactive video) and distributed it to any and all media distribution channels like email, text, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter to name a few.
Q: This sounds like something I could use for my business. Is it just for schools?
A: For businesses from sole proprietorship's to billion dollar companies, VERB has a platform called taggCRM for sales and marketing. Many companies already use videos to communicate, sell products, support, etc. but are learning how simple it is to make them interactive and get much more value out of the videos for their company and for their customers.
Q: Who types up all this stuff?
A: Disclaimer: The information above was put together by a shareholder based on news and information from the internet and not by the company. You are encouraged to go to the company website and do you own research before making any investment decisions. Note: Be prepared to scroll
