New bidder with 9,803 at .2550.
Manipulators tried putting up an artificially low ask at .2700 and .2790 after the .2850 had already started after a 14K ask buy.
Those who don't cancel their ask under the hod of .2850 can expect to lose their shares to former bidders who won't want to miss the opportunity to get sub-.3000 - particularly those that have been continually outbid all day and haven't hit the ask already.
