I believe it is a catalyst and a deal couldn't be signed without it. Its a major announcement not too many small cap bio's get this far , green light for phase 3 by fda with Europe to follow.
Many calling it another recycled p/r far from it.
Amazing how slow FDA is four months for minutes...
