Just the fact that he put from: Leo@ipharminc.com is enough. There is only one man with that email address and he is the CEO of the company that is the topic of this SMB.
Sounds like fraudulent email with the intent to influence the purchase or sale of a security. They have a term for that: wire fraud. Each count carries a penalty of up to 20 years.
