The reason for "no copyright" or confidentiality note on the supposed email is that if they were included,the poster would have become jail bait for legal action and prosecution.
The authorities would have compelled the SMB to cough up the poster's ID and severe fraud charges and penalties would have been imposed on the poster and any associates involved.
Posted below is a fake email that I created to demonstrate what the poster would have to do to defraud the reader and become liable for their actions.
"They" could do this as well but you'll notice that "they" don't.

This is a fake e-mail made to professionaly look like a "real email".
We are signing a partnership agreement this week with a global pharma
for the advancement of Brilicidin-OM and IBD.
The deal will include $500M upfront with $200M in milestone payments for
the successful completion of B-OM and also another $300M if BTD is granted.
Royalties will be tiered to 12% for each $400M in sales with the top tier
being 36% after $1.2Bn in sales.
Also,for all your support and defense of the company,we are gifting you with
an additional 200,000 shares for all your efforts.
